You are indeed correct in taking things One day at a time. Welcome, and i hope we can give you the support you seek either with answers, our stories or just being here for you, knowing you are not alone and that this journey is positively doable and worth the effort. Try to get into the right mindset. Craving ease off much faster once you accept and move onto the goal of being a non-smoker. Reading and learning, knowing what to expect and how to deal with it also enables you to better cope and reach your goal.

Knowledge is power. I am again posting Allan Carr's book here for all to read FREE! Just, click, scroll, and read

This is the best decision you have ever made. One day at a time is an excellent strategy. Also, with all the great advice from people who have been through ciggie addiction, you can do this. Let everyone who cares about you know that they, too, can help!

Best of luck. -)
