The Myth of Nicotine Withdrawal

A great video which explains why some people SEEM TO experience more withdrawal symptoms than others.
1. Caffeine intake... when quitting smoking, cut in half
2. Eat meals, especially breakfast which many smokers skip..keep blood sugar levels regulated
3. Drink water ... smokers tended to be dehydrated....
If you have read my incredible story about how i quit smoking by mistake, without withdrawal symptoms (other than the psychological) which i had the first 3 days, you will see as i now do, how i managed to do so. Being on a health kick, i was eating better and eating breakfast, cutting down on coffee and drinking green tea instead and drinking more water once i quit in order to help flush the toxins out faster. (I still don't think my lung cleanse was a bad idea either, even though i didn't know at the time that it was so beneficial to overall good health, and still take ginger and turmeric in a broth to drink, eat curries, and add to soups)
For those still thinking they have physical withdrawal symptoms, do the above and see if it helps. Please post any findings on this here. I hope this may help many of you.
