Stop procrastinating and DO IT!

I figured out the reason that I smoked is so that I can intensify the procrastination that seems to rule my life. You don't have to focus on a task, but can just go outside and smoke instead. I really hate the hold it has had over me, but didn't quit due to the FEAR of quitting.

So glad to be leaving this disgusting habit behind. I have a few tools this time - meditation app should help if I get anxious. I like that fact that anxiety is extremely reduced after freeing yourself from smoking.

I had a couple yesterday morning, (they were revolting), then managed to get through the rest of the day without any.

20 minutes - Your blood pressure, pulse rate and the temperature of your hands and feet have returned to normal

8 hours - The nicotine in your bloodstream has fallen to 6.25% of normal peak daily levels (a reduction of 93.75%)

12 hours - Your blood oxygen level has increased to normal. Carbon monoxide levels have dropped to normal.

24 hours - Anxieties have peaked in intensity and within two weeks should return to near pre-cessation levels.

I held back from fear of what life you be like

quitting and my only regret is that I didn't

do it sooner. Nearly 7 weeks for me now.
