I don't really have a tip its my first time to try for a lot of years. But I will give it a good go. I am trying to exercise more when I get urge as I have bought a Treadmill to run on at home. also maybe drink a lot of water. and put your mind somewhere nice with the money you will save,

posted my first story pretty basic, a bit more info is I have endured breast cancer since last November so my body has been through a lot would love to talk to people maybe that have given up for this reason and anyone else would love to hear from. I have to be nicotine free in 2 months for operation don't know if I can do it as everything is so stressful and hard for me right now. I know what some would be thinking cancer should give up straight away but with me it kept me going so much stress and it seemed harder to give up. wish me luck and luck to all out there trying.

There are so many reasons to give up smoking, but it doesn't make it any easier. I have tried a number of times. Last time I gave up for 92 days. I found the best thing was to read the Allan Carr book. It honestly made me excited about not being a smoker. I'm sure if you're happy about it, it will make it that much easier instead of doing it because you have no choice. This time I have been on Champix and it has really taken the desire to smoke away. So hopefully this time it will be permanent for me. Good luck and all the best for your operation.
