2 hours, 33 minutes and 36 seconds. 2 cigarettes not smoked, saving $1.92. Life saved: 10 minutes.

Keep at it, but my tip to you is to get busy with something other than focusing on smoking, or not smoking...
I believe your brain cycles information and what you focus on, your brain wants, so get busy with anything that fully distracts you from smoking.
Great work so far, and remember every day gets easier, you sort of build up stamina, but that is not saying you wont have cravings every now and again..
Just get at it and start stopping..
All the best with your attempt..

Keep on going. It is just sheer, bloody determination that gets us through those first days of the first week and then it does become easier (not easy - easier). Once we have had a week off it seems a little pointless to go back to the beginning and start again. The first week is tough and we are all here for you.
