Changing habits and behaviours prior to quitting...

The place I smoke most is at the computer in the study. I've been avoiding the study because it's a massive trigger to smoke, but I REALLY needed to change my mind-set.
Today I converted the rest of the room into a gym area, put my yoga mat in there, some hand-weights and resistance bands. Spent the afternoon working out and shadow-boxing in the study. Decided that I'm going to get a punching bag eventually, but can't afford it right now (hence the shadow-boxing). Punching bag will definitely be the first reward I allow myself if/when I quit.
Day 10 on Champix, smoking 50%-75% less most days, and happy with my journey so far. Already coughing up the most DISGUSTING chunks of black tar from my lungs, which I photograph on my phone (so I NEVER forget). Gross I know, but helps my motivation. Have a particularly disgusting photo as my screensaver.
Smokers cough has almost gone and oxygen is reaching places it hasn't travelled to in decades! Chronic wheeze has almost gone and I haven't even quit yet!!! I've been a 3-pack a day girl for a LONG, time and achieving such a great reduction in so little time is AMAZING for me!!!
Can't wait to see my GP and let him know how I'm doing. He's absolutely terrific and supports me in my cut-down-to-quit approach. Most importantly, he doesn't pressure me.
I do have moments of guilt and shame that I haven't quit yet, but I don't allow these thoughts to take hold. I simply remember that: every cigarette I don’t smoke is doing me good and this is MY journey.
