Liquit. The only thing I haven't already tried.

Recap:
Started at 14, now 24 years old. Tried patches, lozenges, weird spray things, zyban, hypnotherapy, champix, etc.
My last serious quit attempt was over a year ago, with good reason. My champix experience was not good; I failed uni and fell back into a state of depression. My boyfriend then moved home to Italy. I sold my dream car to follow him, attempting to move to London to be closer to him. Turns out I don't like England. So now I'm stuck in a long, LONG distance relationship with a huge time difference. It took 6 months and a 12-year-old supercar to find this out. Sh*t!
At least I'm home now, and can distract myself a bit more.
The plan:
Liquit: Picked this up in England. It's a mouth rinse that cleanses your palate, increasing the chemical taste of cigarettes. The idea is to make the cigarettes unpleasant without nasty side effects. I started to use it this morning and have noticed that it is very effective when I take quick, deep drags. Will have to remember that for the next week. Haven't decided on my quit date just yet.
Yoga: Considered joining a yoga challenge of 40 classes in 60 days, but the potential for failure is quite stressful, as I discovered last time I did a challenge. Instead I may just get a monthly unlimited pass for a Bikram studio that opened 5 minutes from my house while I was away.
Skipping rope: Decided to dust off the old skipping rope. I plan to use it when I have too much nervous energy and need to do something. Could come in handy as a way to relax myself before an audition, too! (I'm an actress). The goal is to eventually be able to do 1000 skips consecutively like I had to do for rhythmic gym training years ago.
Toys: Long distance relationship so BF won't be very helpful to relieve stress. I'll be making some purchases...
Coffee: A little can help with cravings, a lot makes cravings a lot worse. Not going to let myself have more than two shots within a short period.
Alcohol: Not being able to enjoy a beer or enjoy socialising is stressful. When I am tipsy I lose motivation not to smoke. There should be a nice balance somewhere, I think leaving social events early and driving home is key.
Driving: Luckily, I just got back from Europe and am driving my mum's old car. It's a non smoking car and she’s about to sell it. Hopefully this can get me out of the habit of smoking while driving. Think I might deliver some pizzas again too (just for fun).
Distractions: Luckily acting motivates me, so I'll try to throw myself back into it now that I'm home. Would like to go to Italian classes, do some trampolining and maybe flying trapeze with my sister, a drifting day at a track would be great but then how will I afford to get back to Italy? Hmmmm....
I think the main thing is to stop myself from becoming overwhelmed. No big missions like Project London or setting a specific date I need to leave for Italy by. I also need to work on brushing off the opinions of others when it comes to the decisions I make. Need to focus on fun little things, like using Comic Sans :)
It's funny how my life appears to revolve around cigarettes. This needs to change.
Writing this as a guide for myself more than anything, but wish me luck!!

the best of luck to you and you have some very wise and practicle tips as well thanks
