I'm 73 days smoke free wow me I'm still very high and low hopefully after tomorrow I will come good as I feel like crap at the moment my hubby goes away for anything upto 6weeks so it will be a huge test for me coping with everything without him being home

    No worries :o) you and I almost quit the same day so I get where you are at (even though we are all different) lets go for 100 or maybe even 101 hehe

    Hi Willson,

    You can do it hun! Congrats on the 73 days smoke free. I still have thoughts of just having one to "see what it would be like" but then I think it would be like rewinding my life back to when I just quit and I don't wanna go there.

    We have come this far ... why give up now? I keep pushing to see triple digits, that is my aim now.
