Day 208

Today its been 208 days since I started to give up. I'm dying for a cigarette still. Constantly. I'm stubborn though and I won't go back. It wasn't my choice to give up, I had to so that has made it all the harder to do. Anyway I shall just persevere and take one day at a time and keep my hands busy which I did from day 1.

Hi Tee Em. Congratulations on 208 days. That's excellent. Make sure you count the positives, and remember that smoking is like a really, really devious person. It will do anything to snivel its way back into your life. You deserve better. Stay motivated and good luck with your new nonsmoking life.

Congratulations TM - you have broken the back of it and if it wasn't your choice you must be pretty stubborn. Giving up smoking is an instance when stubbornness is one of your greatest virtues.

    So pleased for you.
