Mr Nic o tine

I have finally realised that Mr Nic o’tine is an evil and wicked tyrant who aims to destroy brain chemistry and invade and break down every tissue and organ of the human body then laughing all the way to the bank. This could sound a bit extreme but that is what smoking does. I have had a lightbulb moment. And that is enough for me to say no more and goodbye forever to this insidious habit.

    Hang on to that lighbulb moment Cuba it will help you very much in getting to the end game. It can even be easy and you might wonder what held you back so long. I know that seeing others succeed and seeing smoking in a different way made all the difference for me. I was not missing out on anything. by not smoking. I had missed out for years, but no more! There are so many benefits and no drawbacks, excuse the pun!

    Desire health, wealth and freedom. We take those far too much for granted. Act now and you will never regret it for a moment.

    Yup! My sentiments exactly! We are making the tobacco industry rich off of our lives. I saw my grandfather, who was a NYC taxi driver, my Daddy, who was a US Navy veteran and my Auntie deal with emphysema in the later stages and I sore to myself I wouldn't but after 45+ years of tobacco abuse I have emphysema but I guess it has been caught early. You know there is no cure but we can stop the progression. We got this Cuba and we shall succeed :)

    Yup! My sentiments exactly! We are making the tobacco industry rich off of our lives.     Thanks Happiness and Mesonice 2, it’s uplifting to read your comments. I feel that I am finally free of my addiction even though it is (again) early days. I feel and think in a very determined and committed way to this and I already feel healthy again. It smoking is soo very toxic not only to the body but also the mind. It’s a controlling drug. Now I feel like I’ve broken its hold over me after an enormous struggle and battle . It’s just tiring to keep on fighting so I made that decision.
