cigarette temptation

today I had some administrative work t finalize downtown and I had some hours waiting. Usually I would smoke like 10 cigarettes during that waiting time, but today I only had a tiny itch for a cigarette that lasted few seconds, when somebody near me lit a cigarette. To be honest I didn't give it a second thought but I drank like 2 liters of water. This seems to help.

10 days so far.

    You've made it this far and there is no reason why you too cannot become a happy non-smoker. You're doing awesome...Keep up the positive attitude and desire for change.

    Its a great start . temptation would be there only initially. yes i too tried this drinking water therapy/ when i quit i started drink a lot of water . That helped. Good luck stay ahead of temptations.

    You are doing really well ghassan, yes water does help, water is also a help in not eating too much. Waiting, means you are learning to not only ride the waves, but to develop patience along the way. We all learn much about ourselves during the process. NOPE (not one puff ever)
