Am 12 days in and very Careful whom i am around. Have tried Many times Before. Cold turkey is the only way for me. I am just eating the pain, the same a boxer eats punches then goes onto win the fight . Practicing Prayer Meditation asking God to Shield me. I find that i can be a target for inconsiderate people when i give up. Maybe it's what i am attracting because i am running rough atm. Yeh, going fishing, walking dogs, chopping wood. Then my car breaks down yesterday, my dog gets sick today, a large piece wooden pole hit me in the head. A friend got grumpy at me, because i was grumpy. A real test but not going to surrender to evil tobacco. Am disgraced at tobacco companies for adding extra addictive chemicals to tobacco. Also the fertilizers they use are radioactive to make the plant grow abnormally fast$$ so i am not going to be a victim, line their pockets with gold while my health deteriorate.

Pray ask God for Strength and Protect me in vulnerable situations.

Well done for stopping it is a tough journey i went cold turkey the withdrawals symptoms alone has made never go back to smoking. You are very fortunate and lucky that you are out about in the countryside. Don't worry too much about other people, be strong and continue, people will understand. Stay strong and positive

Try your best to stay positive over there! You’re probably just about running on zero nicotine in your blood, so hopefully this is the hardest part. Keep it up, you’ve got this!
