A big thanks to penelopejane, Happiness, softly40 and SteveJ. It is always great to hear from my fellow ex smokers. May your Journeys be filled with love and health and happiness. In case I don't call in during the holidays, I would like to wish everyone the best for the holidays. Stay safe.

A big hug and thanks for your support and encouragement along the way as well DAB57. It is amazing how success stories can give you that boost or incentive when you need it . Had I not been so lucky as to have joined a group when I first wrangled with the idea of quitting smoking, I doubt that I would have. Learning the mindset was all new to me and made perfect sense. Believing it was possible gave it a solid foundation . I had heard about Allan Carr but no idea what lay between the pages. I read it about a week into my quit when hubby got his hands on a copy and he quit. He is a year smoke-free this weekend. My daughter is nine months next month. Seeing me quit gave them hope and I am sure that chain will continue....

All the best to you DABS57, enjoy the holiday season and the blessings we have had bestowed upon us. May everyone achieve their goal and be happy and smoke-free.

Have an amazing holiday, without the celebratory cigarette, wherever you might be. Well done.
