Slipped few times

I have slipped an few times trying to quit. But i would always start again week later to quit. So far so good on my 4th day.

    Huddo how's your morning starting ? Keep with this quit, its the best possible choice for your health, and from what I'm reading in Australia, your wealth. So much support is available online at different site's that are good reads to help educate, distract, and feel positive from. Keep the faith, learn, and don't smoke anymore. We're here if you have questions, we find the answer if we don't know it.

    Hi Huddo. Keep trying until you win this challenge that will so benefit your life. Have you read Allan Carr's book? I have posted the link and it is FREE! Read posts here and research on your own until you find the key, the one thing that you are lacking, something that resonates, and flips the switch. At least you are aware and accept that alcohol weakens your resolve and have taken steps. Good for you.

    Well done. I tried a hundred times before successfully quitting. If you keep trying you will get there. Have you worked out what is making you slip up? I had to completely stop drinking alcohol in order to quit cigarettes. I dont miss either. Good luck.
