    There is no luck involved.. Just take control of your mind, away from the smoking, and just quit. There will be discomfort for several days, and then you can be free. Do you want to be a slave to a little tube of tobacco ? Think about it. We let them run our life. You can break free, and it can be as easy as you make it. I know ! You CAN do it too :)

    I'm just hoping that your first day was ok,
    I might be old, but I have seen hundreds of people give up the "fags" easy n with little more than a headache.
    It can be that easy once you make your mind up

    You can do this. Believe and you will! It seems you have an active fan club. Keep taking deep breaths, concentrate or do other things. Drink lots of water, eat a good breakfast, and cut caffeine by half if you are not on nicotine.
    Take it hour by hour, day by day, just stay positive!
