Be positive!

Posted in Hints and tips 06 Feb 2018

Hi all,

I've been finding it easier if I stay positive about the benefits of not smoking rather than wishing I was having a cigarette. When I have a craving I think isn't it great I'm now a non-smoker. I think about the money I've saved and my health. And then instead of feeling sad about not having a cigarette I feel happy that I've done it. Let yourself feel proud to have successfully given up.

Unbe :) You said it,, Be proud.. Pat yourself on the back every day :)
You asked, how much money I have saved, at 9 months.. Well, it's a good thing I did not quit for the money.. Here, in the States, I was still able to smoke for around 2usd a pack, so, now nearing my year, I have saved less than 800us :) But, I have bought myself a few things with my, cigarette money, just as a treat :)
In 9 days, I plan to dig that pack out of the tool box, and burn it.. I think I will taste one, just out of curiosity.. I kinda doubt they age much, still sealed up ?? :)

don't taste one! I gave up for 6 months once and I had just one and before I knew it I was back smoking full time. Just put them in the bin.
