Hi everyone its been awhile hope you are all well and achieving your goals. I am 112days away from hitting 3 years woo hoo . I have two smokers around me all the time smoke bombing me and I haven't broke alot of stress and weight gain but I haven't broke so dont be disenhearted if things get tough just know you can do it goodluck everyone 😁😁

    Hi Papa1. I know how you feel about the approach of 4 digits smoke free. Just about 16 days "behind" you. It is so good to hear from long time quitters as we are reminded firstly it can be done but we must never become complacent as it would be so easy to take a backwards step.

    during stressful times go for a quick walk to get a tea or coffee, also, I don't get the weight gain thing, don't ex smokers exercise?

    Wow. My partner smokes and he will back from holidays soon. I't gonna be tough to not cave in, ..but will try as hard as I can.
