It’s been 1,3001 day without cigarettes. It’s the longest journey I ever quit smoking and I never ever look back.
It’s been 1000 days since I had my last cigarette, I can’t believe it, I felt so amazing an i’m so determined to stay off the cigarette, I don’t want to look back on the cigarettes, It’s too expensive to buy a packers smokes.
Wow it's been 900 days since I had a my last cigarette I still can't believe It, I'm counting 100 days to reach my 1,000 days,Then I'll be celebrate without no cigarette can't wait.
It’s been a While since I’ve heaven been on this site. I’m still celebrate my year and a half without one cigarette. Those people who do smoke it’s never too late to stop smoking. Since I stop smoking I never felt better never in my life. Now I got another six months to go to celebrate my 2 year, Can’t wait
Wow i can't believe it. It's my 230 days smoke free it nearly 8 months already. And i got a another four months to go to reach my one year non smokers. Can't wait i'll be celebrating my first year without the cigarettes.
It's been 6 month today that I never touch cigarette. But a friend who tries to put a cigarette in my mouth. But I said NO. But I managed to stay strong.

It's almost 3 months smoke free. I've been down in Sydney for the whole week but I did not touch one cigarette it makes me a lot stronger and easier for me. I used to other people around me that they smoke but it did not worry me. I don't miss cigarette they are not my friend.

It's been a month today since i stop smoking i feel good and more healthier. Until the other night i went to the hospital i had chest pain i started to worry think something is wrong with me but it turned out i'm fine there is nothing wrong with me thank God and plus i have to do some stress test on the treadmill with the ECG monitor to check my heart to make sure i'm fine. Last night it was a shocker my family member smoke in the toilet and it's was STINKS!!!! I tried to stay away from cigarettes again and it really wants me to have a cigarette. It been 15 day since my last cigarette. It's was hard at first 2 week but it got easier. Now i'm enjoyed going to the gym every day to keep myself pretty fit and haven't gained weight on since i stop smoking and now i lost weight lot's quicker than i was smoker and it makes me feel better each day.
it's a difficult time people like my family want money to buy packet of smokes but i'm not giving them money to buy packets of dirty filthy habit. Especially i don't smoke if they want cigarette they can go and smoke their finger. I'm keeping myself healthy and feel good about it everyday. And also i have been saving smoke money in my moneybox.
Tonight was a difficult night with people that smoking around but it's very hard but i'm getting stronger as i go. I haven't touched a cigarette yet but i'm still determined to quit smoking for good now it's been nearly 2 weeks.
