Tomorrow (23rd December) is my zillionth quit day but this time it's different; this time it's for real and I have set my quit day up with all sort of contingency plans i.e. I am not going out at all, I have chewing gum, I know how to meditate and breathe to counter that niggling urge to smoke. Mostly, though, I am just over this filthy, stinking habit!
