Day 149 and I am feeling good :-) I still think about smoking but it's nowhere near as intense or as frequent. I am exercising and I cant recommend it enough as a motivator to keep you away from the smokes and as something that, after the initial pain, makes you feel really good. Do whatever you like walk, run, swim, shred whatever floats your boat ... Just do it!
Gah .. so over this thinking thinking thinking about smoking. When does this go away?? It has lessened and it's not as intense but it's still absolutely there. Daily, multiple times that want to smoke, thoughts about smoking, desire for smoking. So sick of it :-(
I am at week 3 now and whilst the physical cravings are over and the worst of the irritability has gone I am actually finding it really tough this week. I have recognised this point as one I have been at many times and this is most often when I quit quitting.

I am putting my smoking money in a savings account, it is a really good motivator. I look at this site every morning then transfer across the smoking money into my savings account. Gives me a nice visual incitement every morning :) Good luck to all on this journey x
