quitting is hard? still manage not to smoke for 55 days, but its wierd, getting dreams about smoking, is this normal or just me. does any one else have the same problem.
Its so hard, 14 days smoke free, its hard but i think i can do it. tell me who is having sleeping problems, i do. waking up every couple of hours. i have long shifts at work, now i don't go out for ciggy, and the long shift is more longer. i have started to miss it. i do not want to break people, send ideas plz.
Going Cold Turkey, its the 5th day, without any puffs, the stress alone is too much, tell me about it. but my willpower is letting me stay smoke free. i was about to break last night, but then i drank peppermint tea, it actually calm my system down, and i slept like a baby. the actuall challenge is at the work, where all the stress can overtake and people like me will break, but i guess...
