Only you can do it there are no fancy drugs to keep you off the cigs. They only help ypu get started. Will power is the answer. Convince yourself that they are bad for you and you look stupid with a fire hanging out of your mouth and you smell like a dunny. The best thing is to put the money you save in a drawer and see...
After many years I have done it with the help of my Doctor and Champix I am now 9 months down the road and a lot of money in the bank $4100.00. it was not easy but stay positive and you can do it. Spending the savings on a well earned holiday. Feeling much better, put on a bit of weight but who cares I don't. YOU CAN DO IT.GIVE UP THE FILTHY THINGS.
Well i am 3 months in and feeling great. The best thing to help you is to tell all your friends that you can beat the devil nico. Put as much pressure on yourself as possible. They will bag you if you don't stay off them filthy fags. The best thing is that I now have $1300 tucked away in my sock draw. Going to see my daughter in London in September.I hope all the good people who helped me...

Five weeks in and not a smoke. After 60 years of smoking I never thought I could give it up. Tried all types of ways you name them I have tried it. My doctor told me about this product and explained how it works and all the possible side effects.
The only side effect i have is the vivid dreams but I don't mind them as they are a mixture of my past and the future very entertaining. With C...
End of week four.Have found that getting rid of triggers that make you want a smoke helps with the urge to light up.HAVE A MIND SET THAT IT IS THE MOST FILTHY THING YOU CAN DO.LOOK AT FROM THE VIEW OF A NON SMOKER THE BAD SMELL AND THE ASH AND BUTTS EVERY WHERE. THIS HELPS YOU. MOST OF ALL BE PROUD THAT YOU HAVE GOT THE BETTER OF THE NICO DEVIL. MOST OF ALL POST AND LET YOUR GOOD FRIENDS ...
Into week four and starting to get mild cravings. I started to think about triggers. My worst trigger was with my cup of coffee in the morning. I have stopped this and now have a glass of orange juice in bed before I get up for my shower. My second trigger was my phone I now turn it off and wait until night and answer any messages. I have convinced myself that smoking is the most foul fi...
Half way into week three and feeling good. No side affects from the CHAMPIX but for the dreams but they seem to have calmed down.
The best way to beat the urge is to eat an orange that has been in the freezer and almost frozen by the time you have done this the urge is gone. I WILL BEAT THIS DIRTY FILTHY HABIT.
Day 15 and had my first good nights sleep since day 1.Feeling much better I never thought I could go this long after 60 years of smoking.
I must thank you all for your support. A combination of CHAMPIX and help from you and I believe that I will beat this. Again THANK YOU.
Week two and what a change. Breathing better, tasting food, more energy. No bad cravings yet but having sleepless nights and dreams are becoming more vivid. I AM VERY HAPPY THAT I WILL BEAT THE FILTHY HABIT OF NICO.
I have changed my eating habits and gone for good healthy food with lots of water. Feeling much better. Only downside is the trips to the toilet. Having no side effects other then the dreams find them most entertaining. Only at day 11 but feeling good about this.
Thank you all for your support.
Having some great dreams enjoy them. No cravings yet and have got over the bad tummy feelings. I am looking forward to the day when I can quit both the tablets and never smoke again. AROUND SMOKERS ALL DAY YESTERDAY did not like the smell. I might get addictated to Extra spearmint chewing gum.
Thanks for the support. Day nine and feeling better no side affects only the dreams. If you take plenty of food with your tablet it seems to get rid of the tummy feeling. I have saved $120 dollars so far and smell better and no nico on my fingers.
Woke this morning after a bad night. Weird dreams and a heavy thirst and a headache. Got up three times for a drink. Would kill for a smoke. It is now 10.00am and feeling better. I WILL BEAT THIS.
Starting day seven all OK. Yesterday was around smokers all day, found it best to think of the dirty smell and ash mess. This helped me get through the day. No side affects at ths stage.
I tried to give up cold turkey on 3 different times over the years.Never lasted more than a month.
Talked to my Doctor and he put me on CHAMPIX after warning me about the side affects I was a bit worried.
Now in day 5 no side affects yet and no cravings. hope this keeps up. I want to stop smoking.
