    Hi All Please don't give up you can do it. First thing to do is tell everybody that you are no longer a filthy smoker. They will get on your back if they see you smoking. Then set a date that you want to reach smoke free. Be proud of each week you are clean tell your friends. Then open a savings account and put the money you spend each week into it.     Hi All The secret to quitting is willpower. If you realy want to quit you can do it. I did with the help of Champix and this site. Three yers in and feeling proud. Give up the filthy stinkig habit and you will fell much better.

    Hi all 10 months in and not a cig. it's been a challenge but so far so good. Only you can do it there are no fancy drugs to keep you off the cigs. They only help ypu get started. Will power is the answer. Convince yourself that they are bad for you and you look stupid with a fire hanging out of your mouth and you smell like a dunny.The best thing is to put the money you save in a drawer and see...

    Stay Positive After many years I have done it with the help of my Doctor and Champix I am now 9 months down the road and a lot of money in the bank $4100.00. it was not easy but stay positive and you can do it. Spending the savings on a well earned holiday. Feeling much better,put on a bit of weight but who cares I don't. YOU CAN DO IT.GIVE UP THE FILTHY THINGS.

    Hi all Well i am 3 months in and feeling great. The best thing to help you is to tell all your friends that you can beat the devil nico. Put as much pressure on yourself as possible. They will bag you if you don't stay off them filthy fags. The best thing is that I now have $1300 tucked away in my sock draw. Going to see my daughter in London in September.I hope all the good people who helped me...

    Starting week 7 without the devil nico. feeling very good only side effect from the CHAMPIX at this date is feeling a bit sick in the tummy morning and afternoon. I am eating a big breakfast with it and a good meal at night with it but it is getting worse. I can put up with it to get over the filthy habit. no cravings at this point.     Things ae getting better

    Hi All Half way into week three and feeling good. No side affects from the CHAMPIX but for the dreams but they seem to have calmed down. The best way to beat the urge is to eat an orange that has been in the freezer and almost frozen by the time you have done this the urge is gone. I WILL BEAT THIS DIRTY FILTHY HABIT.
