Today I am reminded of many reasons of my decision to stop smoking! It been 50 days of freedom of pollution to my body, but also 50 days of convincing myself I know longer need that in my life. 44 days and counting..... life gotten stressful the last few weeks seems as though I used to smoke more during times like this, ahhh the bad memories.
