    Hi everyone,  Well slow and steady wins the race as they say..     49 DAYS smokefree today ( 7 Weeks ) on this insane Quit Trip. I have apparently saved $784 , Which is of course a positive. I have to say this last week has been an emotional rollercoaster for me, The cravings seem to be more intense and seem to be coming more often.     1 month (31 days ) smokefree today. Yeap thats right the first month of my new life down and dusted.     Day 21 / 3 weeks, Yahoo!! Well the Journey so far has been mostly smooth, I've had a few full on cravings, But hey we've got to expect that.     Well reached the 1 week milestone. Wow that went fast... Not a bad week. Not too many cravings along the way.
