    So today I caved and had a smoke not cause I needed one or really wanted one but I had one and now I feel guilty and feel like all my hard work was a waste I feel so stupid I do t want to go back to smoking like I was I hated it. Feel really disappointed 😔 with myself.

    Sore gums

    So over a month smoke free now but noticing my mouth is giving me grief my teeth and gums are sore if not hurting and my teeth are super sensitive now is this all related to quitting? Anyone else have this problem and yes I have been to the dentist.

    1 month smoke free

    Today is 1 month since I had my last demon feeling good and healthy still have the odd moment when the thought of just one can’t hurt creeps in like a nagging feeling in your head but I do not act on it I’m so proud of myself I don’t physically feel like smokes anymore and I’m starting to forget my champix doses haha keeping strong.

    2 weeks YAY

    Today makes 2 weeks as a non smoker feels like forever, I’m so proud of myself for what I thought was impossible but I have done it do I still think about smokes yes I do but not often and not acting on the thoughts.

    1 week as a non smoker how the time flys by I’m so happy and proud of myself it’s something I never thought I would be able to do but I have, changing my habits has helped a lot I chew a lot of gum now haha still have the odd thought about how I’d love a smoke right now but not acting on it, it’s not going to win this time.

    So week 3 Champix I’ve noticed I’ve cut down the number of smokes. Today I had a smoke and I almost puked 🤢 wasn’t a great feeling least to say only had a couple drags and put it out.     Struggling today being day 13 of my Champix journey I am finding it’s helping me not feel like one and they taste like crap but struggling with my quit date being 14th feb as to letting them go completely I feel like I’m loosing something stupid I know it’s mentally a boxing match going on inside my head and anxiety is kicking in now 😣
