I'm on Day 3 - I'm finding the Anxiety getting better to handle - My Emotions are under control and I also went to the Doc to get a health check up for peace of mind.
It's all a process. It can be really intimidating, quitting this stuff. But you have to do it!

Just remember, if you're used to having a cigarette first thing in the morning, you may find yourself feeling a little lost, anxious and irritable in times you would most likely smoke!
I find if I can distract myself during the morning, I can certainly get over that anxious feeling.
