I can't quit, taken champix for just over two weeks and although I'm smoking considerably less from 20 to 3 a day I can't stop taking 3 and I'm passed my quit date.

Every time I write a post and try to post it,I get a message that it’s flagged up with offensive content and won’t let me post it ,so frustrating the messages are as clean as a whistle
It is now day 145 for me! It gets easier and easier every day. I fact I don’t even think about it that much anymore. Today marks a big day for me. I am 3 months no smoking. Feeling very good about that.
I also have started my treatment and I am able to g go home Thursday and move on from this chapter in my book.
I am proud not to be smoking at this time as I'm sure it would not be helping me with treatment and my health. Skin looking better
