Cravings happen

Everyone has their own set of 'willpower' thoughts they use to manage cravings, yet not everyone uses the same 'willpower' thoughts. This means that we can always learn other skills and grow our own willpower.  This is important; because at times cravings can be hard going in the beginning of an attempt.  

Sometimes a person might expect cravings to not happen at all on an attempt, but that's usually not the case, even with the most well thought through plan. Cravings can be quite common from the day you quit, and it's important to have a set of willpower strategies to manage them until they fade away. Managing them is what it's about.

Willpower is an essential part of any quit journey.  The great thing about willpower is that it's free and can be used at anytime.
