Welcome to the Quit Guide.

The Quit Guide is a great resource to provide you with all the information you need to start your quit smoking journey and stay stopped for good.

It's packed full of information to help you make the right choices about how to best approach quitting smoking.

It's divided into three parts:

  1. Methods to quit - Explains the different strategies you can use.
  2. Getting started - Focuses on getting you started by thinking about your reasons to quit and how you may be able to learn from your previous attempts.  Plus, there are ideas on how to manage typical tempting situations.
  3. Staying quit - Provides tips and tricks to staying on track and how to deal with slip ups or a return to smoking.
