Converting PDF files
For users who have difficulty accessing PDF files on this site, you can download the latest version of Adobe Reader (http://www.adobe.com/accessibility/products/reader/) from this location which also includes a guide for accessing PDF documents for users of assistive technology.

An Adobe PDF file can be submitted as an attachment to an email message. For plain text, mail the attached PDF to pdf2txt@adobe.com. For HTML, mail the attached PDF to pdf2html@adobe.com.

Alternatively, if you would like to receive the document in another format, please contact the Authority.

The text is too small to read. How can I change it?
In Internet Explorer go to View > Text size and select Larger or Largest.
In Netscape go to View > Increase Font Size. You could also try changing the screen resolution.

There is an in-page toolbar positioned on the same level as the 'page heading' that contains a tool to change text size.
